Founder Roy Alessi started Cherished Memories Studio out of a genuine passion for capturing real memories, the kind that couples and families return to for decades. That mission shapes how the entire team operates.

When you inquire with us, you will hear from Nina, our booking coordinator, who walks you through packages, answers questions, and helps you figure out exactly what you need without any pressure.

Once you are booked, Joy steps in as your personal media coordinator, keeping communication organized, ensuring every detail is noted, and serving as the point of contact when questions arise in the weeks and months leading up to your wedding.

That level of support is not something every videography studio in Central Florida offers. Many couples work directly with a solo videographer who manages their own scheduling, editing, and client communication. Cinematic Coverage That Starts at $2,500

One of the most common concerns we hear from couples is that they want both photography and videography, but assume it would stretch their budget too far. Our packages are designed specifically to make full coverage accessible without cutting corners on quality.

Our Pearl Package starts at $2,500 and includes four hours of both photo and video coverage, 300 or more fully edited photos delivered in a digital gallery, and a four-plus-minute highlight video delivered online. For couples with a shorter ceremony-and-reception timeline, this is often everything they need.

The Emerald Package, our most popular option at $3,000, extends coverage to six hours, includes a six-plus-minute highlight film, and provides 450 or more edited photos. Most couples who want to capture getting-ready moments through the first hour of reception land here.

The Diamond and Platinum Packages extend coverage to eight and ten hours, respectively, with longer highlight films and larger photo galleries included. And if you only need photography or videography, each package is available as a standalone option starting at $1,700.

Most couples end up investing between $2,500 and $3,500 for their full coverage, which is a strong value for the Central Florida market.

Add-Ons That Make a Real Difference

Our base packages cover what most couples need, but we also offer a range of add-ons for couples who want to take their coverage further.

Aerial drone footage adds a stunning birds-eye perspective to your film and is available for $250 as a standalone add-on. If you want to share a clip on Instagram the week of your wedding, our 60-second Instagram teaser is available for $150 and is something your guests will love seeing before the full film is delivered.

Audio of vows and speeches is one of our most meaningful add-ons at $250. Hearing your own words, or your best man’s words, exactly as they were spoken on your wedding day is something couples consistently say they are glad they included. Raw video footage is also available for $150 if you want everything we captured, not just the edited highlight.

For couples who want to bundle, our Signature Add-on combines drone footage, the Instagram teaser, vow and speech audio, and raw footage for $525, which saves $225 compared to booking each separately.

Every Cherished Memories Studio package comes with a free engagement session, and we genuinely believe in this beyond its marketing value.

Your engagement session is a chance for us to work together before your wedding day. You get comfortable in front of the camera. We learn how you two interact, what angles you love, and how you move together. By the time your wedding day arrives, we are not strangers pointing lenses at you. We are a team that already has a rhythm together.

The difference shows in the final photos and film. Couples who have done an engagement session with us tend to look more relaxed, more natural, and more like themselves than couples who meet their photographer and videographer for the first time on their wedding day. It is one of those details that quietly elevates everything.

Why Central Florida Couples Book Early

Central Florida is one of the most active wedding markets in the country. With the incredible venue options, year-round sunshine, and the region’s appeal to both local couples and destination weddings, popular dates fill up quickly. The sweet spot for outdoor ceremonies, roughly October through April, is especially competitive.

Most engaged couples who want their first-choice team to reach out six to twelve months before their wedding date. If your date falls on a Saturday during fall or winter, it is not unusual for teams like ours to be booked a year or more in advance.
